ABOUT ME
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Asma a mama of 3 girls.
I am a Professional Perinatal Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Food Science and a certificate in perinatal nutrition. When starting out my professional journey I considered so many avenues including weight loss nutrition, sports, and even community nutrition. But none of them really stood out for me.
I had a difficult second pregnancy and a few losses before that as well. I wasn’t feeling my best even after I had given birth. My doctors kept telling me that I would continue to suffer in future pregnancies as well. This terrified me to ever having another child. I enjoy nutrition research and learning how what we eat can affect our bodies and their well-being, so the more I read the more I believed that improving my nutrition and understanding what my body needed to function properly would ultimately give me a healthy pregnancy.
In 2021, I was pregnant with my third child and I was terrified. However, I used what I learned and what I had been researching to nourish my body and by the grace of God, it was my easiest pregnancy yet.
Now I am passionate about helping expecting mamas gain that same confidence and embrace a thriving and fulfilling pregnancy journey, celebrating each moment of growth and transformation.
